American Thrives LLC provides business consulting, AI integration, operations optimization, digital marketing, and related services. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements provided before work begins.
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. All fees are due as outlined. We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them. American Thrives LLC retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code in future engagements.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share proprietary business information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
American Thrives LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Partner program participants must promote our services honestly and in compliance with FTC guidelines. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
